Lead Handyman/owner

As the Lead Handyman, I am responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair work at our company. I am a highly skilled and experienced handyman, with a strong understanding of various tools and techniques needed to complete a wide range of tasks. My main role is to coordinate and delegate tasks to other members of the maintenance team, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. I am also responsible for creating work schedules and ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are available.
